I enjoyed every aspect except the wine in the lounge...I like sweet... but no worries, ice and gingerale at my fingertips was wonderful! I was in a bad place when I checked in, but Stephanie was at the right place at the right time. She was instrumental in making me feel welcomed and, in turn, making my stay so enjoyable. So much so that I am planning my birthday weekend stay- cation there Oct 6-9.

The Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating specifically to my needs. Matt was a pleasure and always met me with a smile. The beds are super comfortable also! The lobby area was spacious and clean. You can tell a well maintained hotel. I pay attention to little things and the infused water in the lobby was a great little touch to make us guest feel welcome.

The skyline circles of banking Stonehenge of BoA with illuminati on top draws energy from Duke underground and sprays the clouds with new world orders. My bank was wellsfargo and they also have five points near the city center. Brooklyn Village roadway allows swift ascension to Tryon street.

The Rooftop bar was nice and the RedSalt restaurant was fabulous! We enjoyed the lounge on our floor. Breakfast was great and the wait staff was always friendly and helpful! The hotel decor was nice and everything was clean.

You shouldn't have to pay for parking with the room prices so high. Beds were comfortable but rooms need a little upgrading- larger TV's and bathroom needs attention. Downstairs was inviting and beautiful!!!
